Black Fungus Fried Pork

Stir-fried Pork with Black Fungus is a popular Chinese home dish. It combines the tender pork and chewy black fungus. Seasoned with garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, bean paste and soy sauce, along with red chili peppers for spiciness and color, and green garlic sprouts for freshness. It's a delicious choice with rice or wine.
MATERIAL
Step 1: First of all, we soak the black fungus in warm water until it gets softened. Then, remove the roots, wash it clean, and break it into appropriate small pieces for later use.

Step 2: Wash the small red chili peppers, shake off the water, and then cut them into hob pieces.

Step 3: Wash the pork. You can use lean meat, fat meat or streaky pork according to your own preference. Cut it into thin slices and set aside for later use.

Step 4: At this time, we can heat up a pan and put some oil in it. First, heat it over a low flame, and then put the pork into the pan and stir-fry it.

Step 5: After the pork has been stir-fried until it changes color, add sliced garlic, shredded ginger and a little oyster sauce. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of broad bean paste and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Step 6: Pour in the black fungus, then add 10 milliliters of light soy sauce to give it color. Stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Step 7: After stirring evenly, add the pieces of red chili peppers and a little salt. Since the broad bean paste and light soy sauce are already quite salty, then continue to stir evenly.

Step 8: Finally, add the sections of green garlic sprouts and stir-fry them a few times over high heat. Then a delicious dish of stir-fried pork with black fungus is ready. Such a homely dish is also an excellent choice to go with wine! And it's really great for eating with rice too!
